Coupon regulations

Dear User, We have created this section to provide clarity on the use of coupons in our e-shop.

Any coupon you want to use is not applicable on products that are already discounted and on sale since you are already taking advantage of a promotion.

What is a promotional coupon?
The discount coupon is an alphanumeric code (e.g. MAMAGIFT21) that is applied when the order is completed.
The code can apply to the whole order or only to certain items.
The coupon must be used on a minimum spending amount and within a limited period. Conditions of use are always specified next to the code you receive by email or in the dedicated sections of the site. You can only use one coupon per order.

In case the system does not accept your voucher, you will be given the reason for non-use (minimum spend not reached, item excluded from the promotion, discount code expired).

I cancelled the order, why can’t I use the voucher anymore?

The voucher is only valid for a single use so even if you cancel your order, you will no longer be able to use it.

If you have other doubts about coupons
